The Intensity Coefficient (IC) Indicator of Team Intensity is a unique product that measures expectations of energy and focus for the next game. It weights our proprietary betting weight factor, past efforts measurement, following week’s opponent calculation, package testing prediction, season crusher omen, and a few others, to arrive at an IC Indicator that is between 1 (day off) and 7 (all cylinders). It is not necessarily an endorsement of the side because energy and focus doesn’t automatically produce results.

Cal looking to knock off Cardinal

  • The Bears will be all out for their annual grudge match called “the game” by some folk. Stanford may look to take out revenge but just the Cardinal extended a lot of energy last week.

    USC on a short week

  • Colorado

  • The Trojans come off the huge effort loss to Stanford and now must travel on a short week to play a Colorado team that has been terrible. The Trojans cannot make a bowl game and have played Notre Dame and Stanford back to back. Obvious letdown is expected in the high altitude.

  • Oregon State

  • The Cardinal have the Ducks next week and come off a huge effort, 3 overtime victory over USC. Oregon State should be up at home to play spoiler since they don’t have many more meaningful games.

K State pumped up vs the Sooners

  • I am not sure of the mental state of the Sooners who are now most likely out of contention for a national championship. K State has been taking one game at a time and will be absolutely fired up in Manhattan this week.

  • The Scarlet Knights have just defeated both Syracuse and Pitt in consecutive weeks and face Big East opponent Louisville next Friday. They have played hard in their last two and a droppoff of intensity is expected.

  • These two teams have had this game scheduled on their schedule.  Its the opening Big Ten game for Cornhuskers and it’s the Big Ten debut for QB Wilson.  I give a slight energy edge to the home team.
